Dolph was a treat to work with. There was never a question he did not have an answer for. As a first-time homebuyer, he simplified all of the scary tasks necessary to close on a house. He was very responsive if we ever had a question, time-sensitive or not. from a negotiation standpoint, he was to the point and professional, and as a result, we were able to get the house for less.
